# Locked Initial Liquidity (LIL)

BrightyPad smart contracts are written using solidity and they are deployed in such a method that they follow their built-in automated features to perform different tasks and processes automatically and independently with great efficiency and accuracy. One of the features is Locked Initial Liquidity (LIL) which will automatically lock the 80% off presale value in the decentralized exchange for at least six months securing the IDM investor from rug pull scams.
