BrightyPad will restructure how organizations are coordinating their activities to create monetary worth. BrightyPad is decentralized because control over its operations does not reside within a single location. It is autonomous because the smart contracts that govern its operations determine how the organization functions and without the need for human intervention. BrightyPad represent a massive upgrade from the traditional stance of finance.

BrightyPad will use current existing blockchain technologies and programmable artificial intelligence to solve issues traditionally faced by global organizations, such as financial transparency, process automation, governance, aligning geographically separated and individual stakeholders in pursuit of a common goal. By combining state-of-the-art technologies with new token-economic, governance and financial models.

BrightyPad can provide substantial benefits for all their members. With BrightyPad, communities can now leverage the strengths of all its members, turning them into active stakeholders to grow the community together. While BrightyPad does have amazing potential, we are a still a very new project. Most existing launchpads are too complicated for the average person to interact with as they generally require a sophisticated knowledge of a wide variety of crypto currencies.

What is needed to bring BrightyPad more into the mainstream? Better user experiences, simpler governance & voting processes, a reputation system that promotes positive actions and more incentives for active user participation. With these systems in place, each BrightyPad member has both economic and social incentives to be a generous person, a good collaborator, team player, as well as to hold each other accountable, regardless of age, experience or perceived influence.
